Once your poster has been produced, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime through our dedicated tracking page found here or via our live chat. Simply provide your order number, and we'll be happy to assist you with the tracking information.
We cover replacements free of charge if your order arrives faulty or damaged. Simply contact our customer service team at hello@timms-store.com with images of the damage and your order details, and we'll process a replacement within 24-48 hours.
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, we'll also offer a free refund for up to 14 days after your item is delivered.
We ship globally, covering all major regions including United Kingdom, Australia, North America, Europe, Asia, and more. Please contact customer service for specific country details.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once production has started, changes may not be possible.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna.

Yes, our posters come in various sizes, including A4, A3, A2, and A1. Framed options are also available for all.
Yes, all our designs are exclusive and created by our in-house team of artists.
