How long will my order take to arrive?
Our production times are 1-3 working days for unframed prints and 3-5 working days for framed prints.
Shipping Times after production:
- UK: 1-2 days
- US: 2-5 days
- EU: 3-7 days
- Rest of the World: 3-10 days
How can I track my order?
Once your poster has been produced, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can also track your order anytime through our dedicated tracking page found here or via our live chat. Simply provide your order number, and we'll be happy to assist you with the tracking information.
How can I return my order?
We cover returns free of charge if the product arrives faulty or damaged. Simply contact our customer service team at hello@timms-store.com with images of the damage and order details, and we'll process a replacement within 24 hours.
If you're unhappy with your order for any reason, we also offer a free refund.
How will my order be packaged?
We carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
- Unframed Prints: Depending on size and quantity, 1 to 5 prints are packed per tube.
- Framed Prints: Smaller frames (up to A2) are packed with up to 4 per box, while larger frames are packed with 1 to 2 per box for extra protection.
Our packaging is designed to protect your artwork during transit while being mindful of cost and the environment.
What materials are used for your posters and frames?
We use 230gsm premium fine art papers, sustainably made in the UK and certified to last 100 years.
Our papers are FSC certified, ensuring responsible forestry practices. We pair this with archival-quality inks, also certified to last 100 years, guaranteeing that each print looks exceptional and stands the test of time.
Our state-of-the-art machines achieve a Pantone colour match of 99.25%, ensuring vibrant and true-to-colour prints.
Our frames are crafted with care and precision from high-quality wood, using mouldings made in Italy. Each frame is hand-assembled by expert framers, and covered with 1.2mm acrylic for superior protection. Ready to hang, these frames ensure your artwork is beautifully displayed from the moment you receive it.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Yes, you can cancel or modify your order after it has been placed, but please note that we aim to begin production quickly to ensure prompt delivery.

We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but once production has started, changes may not be possible.
