Refund policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, we’ll always aim to resolve it fairly and quickly.
Change of mind returns
If you change your mind, you may return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unmarked, and in the same condition as received
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery
As a small independent studio, customers are responsible for return shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received.
Once the item is returned and inspected, we’ll issue a refund for the product cost. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or faulty items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@timms-store.com including:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue and packaging
If a fault or damage is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
Non-returnable items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Made-to-order (custom) artworks (unless faulty or damaged)
- Limited edition or final sale items (where stated)
- Gift cards
- Refunds
Once a return is received and approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Gift card purchases are refunded as store credit.
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
